You are right - she hasn't changed much. I wish I could say that... :laugh1 I don't even allow pixs of me.

A former friend of my ex lost a nice Nikon camera because he tried to take pixs of me on a deepsea fishing trip when I was pregnant with my youngest (I was being seasick on top of my morning sickness)... :booty

Nope, about the only things that change are hair colour, hair length and weight! LOL Altho' I do have to admit that I was "made up" for those photos--I rarely use makeup, let alone 'full face'. And I'm proud to say that, at age 48, I still get questioned occasionally about whether I'm old enough to drink (which is great since the drinking age here IS 18), but most people place me in my 30s. I put it down to not sun-worshipping and not wearing makeup all the time.

You DO look youthful ! I always get mistaken for someone in my 20s which suits me unless I need somone to take me seriously - in which case they don't - funny how most people are not taken seriously until they are 30 something - it's one of the good things about turning 30 i think. ;) But then in a lot of cases I don't think I deserved the respect you get when you get older till I was older - if that makes sense. Anyways I was going to add that I am not a sunworshipper too - think it does make a difference.

We Still need to get our Calendar girls pics sorted me thinks - all these gorgeous lasses !!!

As for a gallery of our pics for members only, I don't mind. I'm married so it's not like I'm looking to meet Mr Right (not that you'd look here unless it was for the four legged variety lol). Anyway, I'm a lot older and no where near as vain as in my younger years lol, so I don't mind.

Thanks! That's one of the good sides of having super fine hair. My great aunt always says it's "cat fur soft" whatever that means, lol! The down side is by the end of the day it just looks greasy :BH

Perms and colouring did help with that, I found (since the chemicals mess with the hair, anyway :laugh1 ) Back in the day when I did use hairdressers, I had more than one call mine "newborn" hair--lots of hair but very thin/fine individual strands, so it just lays there, pretty much no matter what I do. One of the reasons why I've let it get long, short haircuts just don't hold any shape unless I buy stock in hair product companies...but long hair lets me do all sorts of updos, braids, etc. (when I can be bothered that is! :laugh1 :laugh1 :laugh1 )

I have the same thing! Mine is super fine, lots of it, bone straight and limp. :? It's slippery too so I cant use regular scrunchies except on top of a tight band (sometimes two). I've never cut it shorter than my shoulders cause I don't know what I would do with it, I have enough trouble just controling bangs. I'm about to give up on them too, I tried side bangs this year and it seems the more I work on them the more they want to fall in my face and tickle. :hammer I did cut about a foot off this year because it got to where there was no point in having long hair if it was allways up. I also like wearing it long though cause I only have to get it cut 3-4 times a year (and that's allways amusing when I tell them to take 3 inches off. :P )

BTW I love that outfit!

I have fine hair too, just lots of it!
It's long at the moment, the only picture I have of me it is medium length.
I hate having my picture taken........

My hair is super thick. Both in number and in the strands themselves. It's not "horse hair" wiry/thick, but it's thick. It's also fairly wavy (not enough to "go curly", too much to straighten :BH ) so it's basically just out of control 24/7. It also tangles REALLY badly (it's very dry no matter what I do). :roll:

Get a jar of mayo, slather on and work in the mayo, wrap in saran/glad wrap and then wrap your head with hot towels (wet towel/microwave, that sort of hot towel). You will need to keep it wrapped for a good half hour or more, from memory. Fixed my hair when I had a perm go wrong and really fry it.

The victim is my buddy Christian. His mother and I became great friends there and Chris often helped out at the barn and rode with me almost every day...His mom was the nature director(still is actually) at that Boy Scout camp and I was the Equestrian Director...but I help out in the Nature Center in the off season since the camp no longer offers Horsemanship. I actually think Carole(Christian's mom) took that picture...LOL

Yep, lots of oil and egg. I would guess that the oil and protein from the eggs do the fixing.
