He is really nice ^_^
I will have to say that I really like this guy, too. Usually I dislike mini's because they look "weird" to my uneducated eyes, but if they all looked like him I'd be buying them left and right. And putting them in my apartment...
I know about someone who did that. I went to a horse rescue who had a pair of really inbred minis. They were taken from a lady who owned an apartment complex. No people lived there, but she hoarded lots of minis in it O.O

At one time if you drove through the council estates outside Dublin you would see horses on the balconies....
And I do not mean Minis!!!!
If you ever get a chance to see a movie called "Into the West" do so, it is brilliant.
And it has a horse not only on a balcony but also in a lift! :rofl

I too would be guilty of a very pampered clean (potty trained?) mini in my home if my husband would let me :D , it could play with the doggies :ymdaydream: It would be probably less clean up come to think of it, they don't throw up!!! like children and dogs LOL!

I've always wanted one of those Muntjac deer things because I heard they are easy to litter train (although there's the whole exotic pet thing... probably not a good idea.) I wonder if you could litter train a mini? Probably also a horrible idea. I think it's bad when my cat jumps on my lap, I couldn't imagine a a mini horse with little hooves flying. I guess it will always be a dream... which is too bad, I'd rather have an herbivore pet!

I have heard of house training minis, and horses are fairly smart so I don't see it being harder than any other animal, especially for a male horse since they like to poop in one pile unlike most mares. The main problem I would see would be slippery floors, I know when I brought my mini into the house he slipped and nearly fell on my tile kitchen floor but was fine on the carpet, but sneakers could help with that.

As a joke this is all well and good, but please remember that some morons have actually done this, and that, as we know, ALL horses are herd animals and should be allowed the basic dignity of living as such, in, at the very least, and outside area!! :BH :BH :BH :BH

I used to bring my mini to nursing homes and schools and such, she had a pair of light up tennis shoes haha! She would slip and slide without them. She even got to ride in some elevators (and pooped in quite a few) and managed to poop on two different stages during presentations lol! She was awesome...

i think all my mini's have been inside atleast once or twice... I had one going through Therapy training and he came in the house often to get used to the environment. He had pink booties with fur trim..ahah. I had one that figured out how to get on the couch as well :rofl they all live outside regularly of course. It all ended when not 1 but 2 of them decided to pee in the house. My big gelding was in the process when my mom PINCHED it off and walked with him to the front porch...the other one the little foal, went straight to my little brother's room, which he had just cleaned and moved things around in, and pee'd on the floor then ran outta the room and out the door. So that was intentional
