Dun Test

What stage is the Dun test at? Is it still "experimental" or is it reliable? If so where is the best place to test?

I believe UC Davis is the

I believe UC Davis is the only lab to offer a dun test.

The test is still listed as a Zygosity test in at least one spot on their website.  This means it is still a marker test and can't be expected to be 100% accurate.  That beaning said, I do believe that it's accuracy is probably in the 90% range overall.  How it preforms with specific breeds?  That I can't say.

Hope that helps a bit,

Daylene
