Yes, but not with those legs- Smoky Black, when it shows as obviously as this, seems to have those dun like legs, whereas Palomino, even when dark, tends not to (although, of course, if it is a very dark Dunalino you would not see the dorsal and you would get the legs- why the hell don't these people just test the copulating horses???)

This is my filly who is a Smokey Black (got results today) She is also H/Z for Black.
She was born black but with fawn coloured tinges around her body. Her eyes were a grey blue colour that then changed to brown at about 6 months.

This was taken during the winter - you would think she was bay. But her coat really gets badly sunbleached and her mane was nearly blonde this summer
