Thank you for your answers!. He is young, around 6 I think, and I asked around and people that knew him from before and they said he doesn`t seem to be getting gray.
If he was a sooty palomino would that mean he is a sorrel + cream + sooty?.
Regarding sabino he seems to have a big white mark on the lip, I will try to picture it today.
The markings kind of spider web things on his legs would be from the sooty? he also appears to have a dorsal stripe, but that would be from the sooty and not from dun?

I also think palomino going gray, or if not that, sooty palomino. You are right that sooty palomino would be red + cream + sooty. Palominos going gray will go through wild color changes. They often darken dramatically as they age. He's still young enough for it, particularly if he is a slow graying type. On the other hand, red based horses typically go gray quite quickly. So he could go either way. Very cool coloration on him.
