Have to admit the appy patterns confuse me at times. Below is my Mini Horse colt, what is his appy pattern called & is he a homo appy? I'm not the best with appy patterns so I'm very interested to hear what the experts say but I'm going to guess that he is homozygous for LP.

Is it snowcap or snow flake, or is that the same thing? Isn't snowcap like the whole bottom is white but with little or no spots, so then is snowflake just patches of white like that? Sure is a pretty one.

Snowflake is white spots on a dark base so it looks like they were snowed on. Snowcap is a small blanket with no spots (LpLp).
