Re: Neat pattern on horse on craigslist
Oh, I am not sure they'd argue the price - although it is a bit high for the current US market for a "stock-type" unregistered animal, it isn't a bad price for a gentle, fairly well-broke trail horse (remember, quality, reg. QH & Paints are going for less than $500). I just thought it was an ODD price - $1,499? Why not $1,500?
Re: Neat pattern on horse on craigslist
Cos it seems like less.....like $9.99 is SO much less than $10.00 :rofl
I dropped her a line and commended her on her well written ad, anyway, we form FHOTD are happy to tap dance all over peoples feet when we do not like what we see, so we should be as quick to commend people when they get it right, I think.
She answered straight away and thanked me, said she agreed about the people normally on Craigslist and what a shame it was.
Nice to deal with nice people for a change!!

Splash, Sabino and Tobiano.
How good it is to see a well written, informative ad on Craigslist with a nice animal, shown under saddle proving she can do what it says in the ad....and, a sensible, realistic price.
I hope she gets a really good home for this mare and no-one argues about the price, either!
