My little girl is a "lesson pony"

Lol.. Well, I told my BO that I was looking for someone to ride miss fatty while I'm at college. She told me that one of her lesson kids was looking for a horse, but that they might be interested in something of a lease instead. So she's been having her ride Annie in the last few lessons she's had. She's been posting videos of her lessons, so it gives me something to watch. On one hand, I like that Annie has a job now and that other than being somewhat strong, she's still willing and happily carting her new person over jumps...minus any refusals. On the other hand, I wish I wasn't so far away from home for school now. That way I could ride her myself so she wouldn't be tearing around like a wild woman...but she's probably glad that someone is riding her regularly. BO said she's not as standoffish as she was, because now she's getting more one on one time. It's so weird seeing someone else ride her too, haha, but I like seeing her while I'm away. It'll be fun to see how they progress as well. :) It's silly but I guess watching this made me realize how much I miss working with my horse, lol. The trials and tribulations of owning a horse in college. Heh.. Here's the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YUaG3opj6Nk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; No comments on the rider, this is only her second time riding her. Annie is a little overexcited, but she'll settle down more now that she's being ridden more often. Next week is flatwork! :)
