I'm still working with my hosting company in an attempt to get the cpu usuage for the site down, so for now I'm disabling the auto resize of images that are posted to the forum. Image resizing is very cpu intensive and I'm sure that is what is causing some of the problems.
So if you upload photos just be aware that they will no longer be resized.
