Tobiano "research"

Soooo, since I never have enough projects I'm working on a new one: tobiano.
Basically, I want to see how tobiano patterns are "inherited" in families. It seems like white concentrating on the neck/shoulders is more common in related horses and a bunch of white on the butt also runs in families. Or maybe I'm just pulling this out of my donkey, not sure. I guess we can call it a "hypothesis."
The other part of my project is programming. I'm working on a program that will be able to generate random tobiano patterns based on a combination of "genes" and random factors. Genes include the tobiano gene (duh), agouti, extension, and a made up suppressor. Any suggestions on other genes that influence tobiano/white markings would be appreciated. No additional white patterns (yet.)
I've already got a decent number of pictures, so if anyone knows of somewhere where I can find families (moms, dads, babies) so I can contemplate the patterns I'd appreciate it! I'll still accept pictures, though, since the more I have the more accurate I'll be.

You can use Doc's family if you want, he only has one Tobiano Parent though.

I don't THINK it should be a problem. I guess I'd have to see them to know.

I think I will. There already seems to be a bit of method behind the madness, even with tobiano from only one side.
Thanks guys. This SHOULD be awesome, hopefully my mathiness doesn't fail me.
