Tilly loves her bum scratches

Tilly will follow you everywhere if she thinks there is a bum scratch in it for her. She always follows when I am trying to pick up the doggy do's and runs up to me then spins her bum to me for a scratch. It really is funny and I find myself chuckling all the time. I got a bit of video but its shaky as I am moving and then scratching. First though I have a bit where you can see her eye colour which to me is like a grey colour. So I want to know who would call her Black and who would call her Smokey Black and is that Star a sign that she has inherited Sabino from her mother? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MZ-samyUc8o The bum scratching hint http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XRt7H85BTPY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drNaJ1oDGpM

Oh, mah gawd! :composure:

Too adorable. A foal where I used to ride when I was little did the exact same thing. I miss the foal bum.

She is adorable! That is too funny!
Though, if it were my foal, I don't think I'd be brave enough to let it present it's butt like that to me. Bad habits snowball quickly...

Awwwww!!!!!! So cute! Makes me want another mini sooo bad!

Jazz still does things like that to me, but it's a lot less cute and a lot more dangerous >.<

I have had foals do it and they grow out of it as I dont encourage it.

I worked with in a racing yard and my favorite horse Gino used to LOVE bum scratches and followed me around with his butt awaiting his pleasure.

I knew him inside out and all he wanted was the scratches. There wasnt a mean bone in his body.

Tilly is cheeky but she is learning and is getting a bit more respect now.
She just makes me laugh with her serious hints for bum scratches. As soon as she hears or sees me she is over hoping she might get her scratches

I think the promise of a good scratch can be better then baiting them.

With the mares and sometimes if they werent too happy with my udder investigation I used to scratch under the belly as a reward for letting me look (an area they just cant get to). They were happy with the deal so then let me do what I needed to do without issue once I kept up my end of the deal
