today, i pinched my finger in one of these: [img]http://www.ee.byu.edu/services/shop/images/metal_shear.jpg[/img] [img]http://www.toolsplus1.com/images/ldfs2.jpg[/img] ^lol^ it hurt i'm glad it's not cut off though, that would have sucked. i do have a lovely bruise though, and am now much more careful when cutting tiny pieces of sheet metal. stupid truss.

Dang Krickett you're VERY lucky it wasn't cut off. You must have a guardian angel watching out for you!

the green is where we will load it, and the blue is the supports. it's two of that in parallel. i dunno, i dont have my modeled design of it, i just slapped that on ms paint, lol. but thats the idea. it's like 20"wide and 8"tall.
its made of sheet metal...which i had to cut to make the members.

yeah, it scared me. I mean, you step on that lever there, and then you have to sort of jump on it to get it to cut thru metal. I got up on it and then it hurt, so I did not jump, lol!
