I took some pics last wk of my preggy hairy fatties. Slaney is due May 17th and Shimmer a wk later. They will be coming back in soon maybe in 3-4 wks depending on their progression but no signs of bagging yet. I rent that field and its a walled garden that belongs to a tower castle called Ballyhannon Castle. Must try to get some nice pics this summer. Its a great field and especially in the winter as with the high walls they have great shelter. Also the field stays really dry even in the wettest of weather.

Well, last year Slaney looked as if she had swallowed a house and came up empty! I hope she is actually carrying a foal this time- or she needs to go to weight watchers.....

Well Slaney has been blood tested in foal and as you can see from the pic she was doing belly kicks while eating so baby was hopping and annoying during her favourite pastime of eating :D I have seen her sides flutter when eating too.
She has been running with Banner all summer, well all yr he is still with them so if she isnt in foal she will need more then weight watchers :p

And as for last yr she had everyone fooled including herself ;)
