Turned out he was feeling quite good, so I let her trot and then he surprised us both with some nice canters! I'm really excited! He had a good long ride and was showing no signs of being lame, so I got on him and other than really wanting to go to the barn and eat he did very well! He loves chewing his bit. I normally have a noseband on him but it was adjusted wrong and I was tired so I took it off.

Thanks! He's my favorite. Definitely a once in a lifetime horse. I could stare at him all day, even with that gut. But what can I say! He gets fat on air and I don't have the time to keep his weight down... course at 18 now I'm glad he's not frail and skinny

Thanks guys! I'm super happy about it! Farrier came out yesterday and got him all shaped up and pretty, and he said he looks all better for sure!
