So had to go out for several hours and left our boys in so she wouldn't get attacked. Came back and found two pups sitting on our steps and momma no where to be found. We drove around the road with them and found the owner, and of course got offered one lol. Yesterday we gave in and went back for this little girl. She's the runt but she's adorable. The other two, a boy and girl, were bigger and more cream colored. She looks like she'll stay smallish like her mother. Mother is probably full lab, the one I'm sure is dad (another neighbors dog) is mostly lab and...something. She was totally passed out last night but playing around this morning and already following us around. The big dog Webster loves"pets", especially babies so he's happy with her. Jigsaw is having some emotional problems though. He either growls if she gets too close or pretends she doesn't exist, and moans and sqeaks when you pet her lol. She woke up around midnight crying and he grumbled for a second and moved to another room, he acts like such an old fart :roll: . Cat took one look, got mad and went out hunting. :lol: Now for the joys of house training, had to take her out in the middle of writing and then get her to chew toy instead of everything else. :rofl (now she's licking the food dish for the umpteenth time after breakfast....)

Awww cute ! Got any pics of Dad because this one is taunting me - like I know the cross but can't quite place it !! :?: ....almost want to say Lab x Samoyed or GSD !

No but I can try and get one. I'm not positive its daddy (actually I've never checked if it's a male lol) but its just a short ways from where this one was and the only real candidate in the neighborhood unless she wandered further. It's one of a pair of loose car chasers at my closest neighbors the next hill over. I think he looks a bit Pyrenees.

I think we have named her! :D
Brother suggested Sakura, but that's too long for us since we always use one or two syllables.
I think she is Yuki (snow, or happiness). Just seemed to fit right away ^^

I'm just afraid the people at the vet will try to read it as "yucky" instead of "yoo-kee" :lol:
