Well this was right after her bath :rofl 10 minutes after we put her in her stall she looked like a "poop-alossa" again :BH This young lady is going to be really good at being bathed.

But in person she has some yellow poop stains that we are still working on (any tips?)

She is a credit to you, poopstains or no!
Try denture soak- do a little test patch first, of course, but it really should be OK- I use Steradent but any that you know work will be OK.
Just dissolve the tablet and paint it in then wash it off the next day- I find it really hard to get the horse to lie in a big glass on my bedside table, so this method is easier to do!

She is just the most precious filly I've seen in a long time. You know this is one that you will never be able to part with...As to tips, I second RFs suggestion of denture cleaner(although I can't do that to Luna as he'd have to be "dipped" up to his ear tips ~x( ). X_X

I use a "whitening" shampoo on Luna (we just lather him up and leave on for like 5-10 mins dep on how bad he is) and then we rince him off. We then use a conditioning shampoo on him and re-rinse (several times as he just loves playing in the hose...). I must say the red clay does leave a "lasting" red cast to his coat, but there isn't much we can do about that short of moving to another state (someplace that isn't in the South ymwhisle ).
