This appears to be a new mutation in a cat in Thailand. Google does an 'interesting' translation, I can sort of understand the cat is a young female and the owner wants to breed more but needs expert help in the best way to do it. It is believed to be a re-emergence of a cat described in the Thai Cat Book Poems and is seen as a National Treasure. It does seem well cared for if a little porky!
