What colour is this foal

This is a Miniature Colt foal belonging to a friend who is not sure what to call him. So I am posting this on her behalf. Dad is a b&w tobiano. Mum is a dun, her sire is palomino and her grandsire was an imported buckskin stallion. Marley is pinto (minimal) long stockings on hind legs, ankle socks on front a white circle around his tail and white flash on his shoulder. He also has a dorsal stripe like mum. Could he possibly be Minimal Pinto + Dun + Buckskin or Minimal Pinto Grullo?? These first 2 pics were taken the day he was born

Is mom a bay dun or a grullo? Also, does the sire have any cream is his background? If the dam is a bay dun and the sire has no cream anywhere in his background, than the wouldn't be able to have cream. I vote for grullo based on the foal pics (but I am terrible at foal coat guessing so take that with a grain of salt :D).

Black Dun, (Grullo) base.....may be Cream, it does not show on Black Dun (never, to my knowledge, not like Smoky Black) and that is a classic Grullo foal coat for a Mini

My friend said that the mare is down on her passport as a Bay Dun and she said her dam was Bay. Of course thats not to say that whoever registered the Dam got it wrong - I know you cant see all of her in the pictures but she doesnt look bay to me but maybe its the dun. I will see if she has a picture of the mare.

Silver (gene, not shade) grulla, possibly with cream IMO. Possibly a brown base with the same dilutes based on that muzzle.
