Silver blue roan sabiano shetland pony

I have never seen another horse of this color, so I thought I would share. I love my boy! The unfortunate thing is, getting his papers is turning into a real hassle, though I have had him for a year now. I had dealt with the woman before with no problems, but when I got him he was NOT what he was supposed to be. I was supposed to have been able to show him. I wasn't even sure it was him when the third party brought him out of the trailer!

i was gonna say I don't see the classic roan either. his overall body color is just too dark, no real contrast between his head/legs and body color like you'd normally see.
Here's my silver bay classic roan.

but other then that he is gorgeous now, good job on him

I agree with the other silver black with just sabino and he is looking good so you could have a silver foal with Tobiano and sabino but can't see the mare well enough to judge.

Yes, Silver Black, no Roan + Sabino....what on earth is a " Sabiano" when it's at home :rofl
I would by pass the owner and take your problem direct to the ASPC, I am presuming you have some sort of proof that you were buying a registered pony?
They are usually helpful if they can be.
You are taking a bit of a risk, though, breeding him when he is not registered. Even registered ponies aren't selling.......

Yeah yeah so I can't type! I am going to take some pics today. He is a lot lighter now from being out in the sun. I am keeping the foal for driving, since the mother is 15. I figured I better get my pony baby while I can! Here are some more pics of her. Behind her left ear she has a patch of roanish fur, so I don't know.
