Looks buckskin to me. I would have said possibly a silver buckskin, but the lighter hairs in the mane and tail look like sun bleaching.

Yes, I think so. It its a bit hard to tell from those photos. Non-clipped with good natural lighting but out of direct sunlight are best for color ID. Sorry I can't be of more help.
