Is my horse a grey bay??

My horse was a very dark bay tobiano when I got him at 5 years old. Now he's coming on 10 and he is almost completely grey. I don't think he is a bay roan because he doesn't have the darker head or the darker points besides a black knee and hock and black tips on his ears. I've heard of something called a grey bay, which is what I am assuming is a grey horse that appears to have a little red to their coat. My horse's sire was a bay tobiano and his dam was a grey tobiano. Yeah, he's bay (or brown, can't tell that well from the photo) based and turning grey. He'll eventually look all white.

A bay gray means that your horse is a bay which has grayed. All gray horses are born full colored and gray as they age. Your boy was born gray tobiano. Getting the gray from his dam and the tobiano from his sire.
