Leg markings?

We have quite a few foals being born this year by one of our studs, Sandokan, that are getting odd white leg markings. Usually with our other studs, if they have leg white, it is just one low sock. I'm thinking the leg white is coming from Sandy but what would cause it? They are all purebred andalusians, btw. This filly was born last week. I'd bet it's some form of sabino. There's a farm of purebred Andalusians and they had one with so much white it qualified as a pinto. The farm is called Tintagel Enterprises. They just had a foal born with white going up to his knee, which is really neat on Andalusians.
