I know the breeding so I am pretty sure there will be Frame there, but visually, it looks Splash with Sabino (which I am also pretty sure this animal has)

I would normally agree with you, in fact I can see that, visually, this animal suggests a number of points that indicate Frame BUT I also know this line throws animals that look like this and are tested non- LWO.
