Oh I found her dam. She is a tobiano. Dam's sire was HZ tobi and dam was solid (though by an "overo" so could be something else interesting in the mix). So we know the OP horse can be, but doesn't have to be, tobi. I personally believe she is.

Don't have to go any further than the dam's sire to see interesting face white! WOW! I saw a right side photo earlier and noticed the blue eye but thought the face white was normal... NOT. :rofl
