Fading or non fading black

Can I ask a question? He is almost jet black but has a silvery tinted muzzle and legs, will he be darker than a black foal that is the usual silvery colour? I have never seen a foal this black before. Both parents are silver black. Scooter was very black as a foal , and now as an adult his body does not fade at all ,the top few strands of his mane sometimes get a slight tinge if hes in the sun alot

I have used BOSS but didnt notice a difference...not in shine anyway. And thought paprika was agravating to the digestive system, and even then, only deepened a red coat???

I have also stopped using BOSS because I wasn't seeing a difference either. I had lots of sunflowers growing in my manure pile though!

I've seen what BOSS can do and it works for some horses. Paprika is only upsetting to the system if you use the spicy one instead of the sweet one. :rofl It will definitely deepen ANY shade though.
