Isn't there a study going where they think they may have found a link associated with brindle? :bounce I am not sure where I heard this, but I do remember reading something somewhere about it (man my memory is going to Swiss cheese - I wonder if I am related to RF :laugh1 ) I do know that the info stated there is a line of QHs that "seem" to be genetically brindle and are passing it down (maybe not 100%, but at least in sufficient numbers to be noticable - :laugh1 ).

There is a variety of fancy rat that seems to throw up more than its fair share of chimeras. Its not exactly inherited as such, just more of a tendency.
