Is this buckskin?

I am wondering if anyone sees champagne in this horse. I know her mom was a regular bay, I only saw the sire from a distance, he was reported to be a dun.
The reason I am questioning if she is really a buckskin is her legs are not dark black but more dark brown and her mane has a lot of brown in it.
She also has a skunk tail but that could be with either buckskin or champagne.
Her eyes seem dark with a blue center, and something I have never seen before but that in itself doesn't mean anything, the white sclera of her eye is not white it is tanish.

That is buckskin. The legs are still very dark and buckskins can have brown legs, although I don't have a good example.

looks normal buckskin to me,
