this woman is on my facebook and gave me permission to post the photos. This filly was just born. Champagne sire, overo mare. Is brindle possible or will this shed? here is her album.. Well, it certainly looks Brindle, and I am no expert on Champagne, but something is certainly going on there!!!

I think it looks brindle too but as to colour I havent a clue. Funky looking baby though :flower

Are we SURE that's not just wavy baby hair? I can't tell if it's color or curl. In the daylight photos it just looks like hair with no color difference, but in the other photos it looks very different.

If you look at to top of her rump in the daylight pics you can still see the brindling. The owner said she will do a progression of pics so we can see what happens. THINK she is a seal brown champagne though. Be interesting to see if the brindle will stay or not.

Wow that is so cool! Definitely brindling going all the way up her neck. If not champagne then what could be causing the blue eyes here?

she is a champagne, they will change I am fairly certain. Although, whats really neat is this lady also has a classic champagne paint and SHE has a blue eye (possibly two..) I will post the pic of that one later today.

That def looks brindle, would be ineresting to know if there is brindle anywhere in the background, I dont know anything about brindle really but would certainly like to know more.
