Equine Color Genetics

There was no roaning in the flank or on the tail. 'Normal' chrome on legs and face. Some sort of KIT, I assume?

Looks it. It's sectioning off the anterior and posterior regions of the horse! :P

There is an arab horse that has a much more dramatic 'stripe' of white roaning down one side. When I can I'll see if I can dig it up just for comparison fun.

I didn't talk to the owner on this one so no history, but it just had that random roany stripe on the barrel.
