Re: Can You See The Dorsal Stripe?
yeah..it is a bad angle. I did find another picture that I couldn't see dorsal on very well, and I can see one on the other in the pic

upper I can't make one out, lower one I can BARELY see one.
Thanks for the input, I'll share with her :)
Re: Can You See The Dorsal Stripe?
That looks a lot like my fjords. You can barely make out the dorsal when up close on the dunskin (ulsblakk) ones.
Bay dun http://www.equine-color.info/v/dilution…" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Fjord on left, QH on right http://www.equine-color.info/v/dilution…" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Grullo FjordX http://www.equine-color.info/v/dilution…" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Apparently I haven't re-uploaded my dunskin photos to the gallery since the crash (Someone needs to poke me when I have my external harddrive set back up as I have a lot of new photos to add).
Haha...I too was thinking that his fat ol' butt cheeks were hiding the stripe.
Przewalskis/Takhis and Fjords don't have divided croups where a dorsal could hide. If they do, draft is crossed in.
A bad angle would be my guess and it can be very thin.
Is the forum on the blink? I could have SWORN there were like three more posts on this thread that are now not there (and I got logged out, which never happens).
I also got logged out and when I clicked on the link in my email notification of a new post, it took me to a different thread than what the email said the new post was on.
Re: Can You See The Dorsal Stripe?
On the wild types like that, sometimes they're really not that loud. As fat as that animal is I'm not sure you can see the stripe anyway.
