Bay or Chestnut?

This is my little colt who is out of a bay mare by a palomino father . . . . . . Could this colt be a silver bay? I really cannot decide if he is bay or chestnut and if his flaxenness is just baby fur as i know most foals grow out of the blonde stage! Any thoughts appreciated :newbie

I agree bay. I doubt silver, but I would NOT rule it out as I've seen it more minimal than this before.
