Poor girl. Looks like another case of white marks caused by fungal scars like Simply Striking.

IMO They look different. The scarring looks almost roaned in areas, where this is clearly VERY solid splashes of white. The scarring looks like someone dropped paint on her, but then rubbed some of it off, smearing it and smudging it. The OP horse looks like someone dropped paint on her and left it.
It could be the same thing, but IMO its different.
Considering her condition, it
Considering her condition, it could be an allergy or mineral lack as well.
Here are other images of him.
Here are other images of him. I see SS and the color of the mare above as caused by the same thing. Especially with how it formed around the face and limits itself mostly to the main body and head.

I personally think this one is also caused by fungal scars.

If you look up the horse on facebook (the one in the OP) she has some other pics...one is a front on shot--she has a star on her forehead that is much "brighter white" looking than the rest of the spots on her.

Ive never seen anythging like it over here , is it a common fungus ? if this is fungal would it have been itchy or painful ?

It's not terribly rare and can manifest in different presentation from solid white spots. In the case of Simply Striking he was well cared for but he still got a fungal infection through no fault of the owners. Not sure exactly what kinds cause it. Here are a couple others.

The variety of spotted Boer goats is amazing..I think my favorite spotting pattern they have is the Tiger Dapples or Leopard Spots

Has anyone actually seen
Has anyone actually seen these fungal infections on these horses? Some of them I can see as having been the result of fungal infections. But the others which are so round or oval in shape I have speculations. Specially after talking to a Boer breeder and having them tell me that some of their stock develop the white spots with age.
I would think a bad case of
I would think a bad case of ring worm could cause scaring in such a pattern.
please help if you

When I lived at a riding
When I lived at a riding stables all the horses caught ringworm and had it really bad as they were slack and didn't bother treating them properly for ages. Some of them were ridden with bad infections and their skin was hanging of in bloody rags. They did end up treating them properly and the infection cleared up, by the next moult there was no sign at all any of them had had it, nothing, not even slight marks or anything.
With any injury it depends on
With any injury it depends on how it heals. I have some scars from silly mild scrapes and no scars in areas that sustained deep cuts from an injury.

^ This. My ankle surgery scar is barely noticeable yet I have a clear, white scar on my thigh when my dog scratched me with her sharp puppy nails. x_x
Wow that is different.
