Black or smokey black?

Sorry another foal colour question. Dad is a buckskin, mum a black tobiano. It really is impossible to say for sure without testing. I know some people say that smokey blacks are lighter then regular blacks but I'm unconvinced. I've seen proven smokey blacks be true black and blacks tested negative for cream be a lighter color.

That being said I will guess (and it really is a guess) and say Black.

I agree too early to tell. it is a very cute foal and can i see some white sclera?.....maybe a little sabino in there too ?

Hmm...on the fence with this one- but I'll go ahead and guess Black, as the eyes arnt convincing me of a Cream dilute!

:-? I am gonna go out on the preverbial limb and say smokey black...not sure why, just just a feeling. This foals eyes do look a bit like my baby creams did (not sure why they weren't lighter when they were born).
