I have court tomorrow and I am soooo nervous... More so, because i dont want to take a swing at the ex :laugh1 :evil: This is just one of many Im sure..... Im sure he isnt going to be happy when he realizes I want money from the Ireland Prop (unless he gives me what I want here) PRAYERS NEEDED!!!! On a brighter note Scott know's Im nervous so he is cooking tonight and movies! :P to Richard!!!!!!!!!! :laugh1 :laugh1 :laugh1

Do not give him the satisfaction of seeing any negative emotions out of you and directed towards him. Smile, and think evil thoughts. :twisted: Speak only to the judge or your lawyer. Completely ignore anything he says to you. If he persists, you may tell him he needs to go through your lawyer, because you are through talking to him. Then walk away.

I don't know the whole story, so just be safe, no matter what you do. I know divorces can get very ugly. Bend him over a barrel and twist his bal*cough* ah-hem... well, just grab, twist and hang on until he gives in. :mrgreen:

Well update!!!!!!! That quickly too!!!! my attorney just called and said it had been cancled and to come in to the office tomorrow to go over some paper work!!!! This could mean I am getting all I want!!!!! crossing fingers and I dont have to see the JERK!!!!!!!!!!

That sure would be great--court battles can be co$tly for both sides, so make sure you're the winner and not the lawyers! (my parents' current ongoing divorce situation sure makes me wish I'd contemplated law school :roll: )

Still soon to be, however the 29th is mediation and if all goes well I should be a totally free woman soon!!! :bounce :bounce :bounce He can keep the house, toys, etc.... I want the money, my car (paid off) and to continue my health ins untill I graduate!!!! The money amount is very good and will get me thru the next few yrs of school... Oh i want my horses hahahah!!! and horse trailer etc...
