No, don't see Silver....it could be, of course, there would be no way to tell without testing.
Silver does not have to affect Buckskin, the Cream appears to inhibit, and I have had Buckskins that pale (without allowing for the poor photo quality) that had no Silver.....

I vote for silver buckskin. It's the chocolate legs with the flaxen that makes me think so. If the pony had just a flaxen mane and tail, I'd put it down to possible frosting.

Ditto..its the chocolately legs and tail and mane that have me thinking silver.

The forelock is way too blonde and the pasterns way to red for normal buckskin to me. I've seen several ponies who were definite silver buckskin that look identical to this.
