What color is Mia Thirsty girl and her foals

This is my 1991 mare Mia Thirsty girl. I bred her 4 times from 1999-2004. There was no test for Frame back then and I am no longer breeding her so I never did get her tested. She had 3 colts the first was a solid I named "Novero" so I wont post his pic, not much guessing there. But her 2 other colts and a filly are all from the same stallion a blk & white Tob. What is interesting to me is her foals kept getting more and more white. I know for a fact the the filly illusion is nO/nT because I kept her and have had her tested. The colts seem to have frame as well and maybe splash?, even though they were registered Tobi because of their mostly solid heads. Another interesting fact is that Mia herself is out of a Tobiano father and a solid QH mother, I'm guessing from looking at her pedigree that the excessive white is coming from the Dam as she gos back to Leo a QH that is known for producing alot of white. Also some of the old Wiescamp breeding Plaudit horses that trace to Old Fred who was Splash. http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/mia+thirsty+girl" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; justanamericancowboy [i…] rodeo leo [i…] and Itsjustanillusion I''ll get more pics of illusion today she is a basically a white horse with a red tail
Tobiano, splash and sabino at the very least.
Are you saying that just because they have so much white, or are there certain things that are indicating to you the Sabino and Splash? I think Rodeo looks like someone held him by his head and dipped him in paint up to his neck which would indicate splash, am I right? Justin has the white on the underneath of his Jaw, splash again?
Here is a couple more pics on Illusion, she was as clean as I could get her without a bath, it's still to cold here in western wash. to give them a bath yet. Like I said I already know she is nO/nT but would the color around her eyes and the partial one partial blue eye a indication of sabino? Or is that just the tobi fighting with the frame??

The colour around the eye to me says splash, well actually it's the white around it that is actually saying splash. A lot of the white on your foals says splash to me to as it's good at wiping out tobi patterns like that. Blazes etc, sabino, so yeh easily all those three patterns. Don't know about frame.

I personally think that the colour around the eyes and mouth is nothing to do particular patterns, but rather a inbuilt bred down through the generations for keeping colour on the important parts. Cows, dogs etc.. all try to a point to keep colour on eyes/mouth/ears. Of course we have messed with breeding colours in all species now that there are now plenty of animals that don't have color in those parts. But I still think it's a common default. Splash is the most obvious at effecting these things as it puts so much white on the face. Although it's often the most likely to over-ride the eyes/mouth/ears colour, being that it isn't always successful leaves the eyeliner etc.. Just my thoughts though!
Cheers

Hi Danni, thanks for your input. I'm glad she does have the color around eyes it makes her blue eyes pop. Her mom has blue
eyes too and on one side she doesn't have any color around the eye and it makes her eye blend in on that side, its not as attractive. So it would probably safe to assume that as well a Tobi & Frame Illusion probably has Splash and maybe even Sabino, that's why she is soooooooooo white!
