What is this???

I'll tell you what I know first... I know he is a bay Arabian. He shows rabicano on his tail, belly, and flanks. His mom is a black rabicano, his dad a bay sabino. What I don't know is what is going on with his legs. At first, I though he was going to be a wild bay, but then his legs darkened up a lot. He has blondish? hairs mixed in with the black hair around the coronet area. The pictures attached were taken yesterday.
