Sorry not a very good pic (you can just barely see it on the upper lip). I was trying to take one with my phone and he wouldn't hold still. Its on both the upper and lower lip. It must be fairly recent or I would have noticed it before. It actually looks a bit like appy mottling but is only on the lips. He'll be 7 in June. Any ideas what could be causing it?
