Re: Splash question
I agree with ACC this
is it common for a horse with splash(at least the legs look splash to me) to have a ton of leg white (over knees, and on hinds nearly up to stifle) to have only white on the face on the lower lip and a spot below the nostril on the side of the face?
Is NOT typical for splash. At least splash alone.
It DOES make me think of Tobiano and splash though. THAT wouldn't surprise me.
Re: Splash question
I never did get pictures of these clydesdales...BUT BUT!!! I was looking at the FFL website and they have a photo gallery now....and someone got a pic of these two clydes!!! The one with minimal face white also looks to have a star as well that I didn't see at first...

Beautiful animals. Is that a star or something hanging from the brow band?

Harness horses wear horse brasses which were traditionally placed on the bridle to ward off the 'evil eye'.
they have a neat collection of different ones at the Kentucky Horse Park...some are very elaborate :D
Re: Splash question
IMO, it's highly unusual, but I have seen it occasionally. Of course we can't say for 100% certain that it is splash yet sadly.
