So Daylin broke her arm yesterday

riding Cyn when he gave a little "weeEE" buck/kickout and off she went....I feel super stupid for letting my child ride a green horse.

It's really holding up well.... That's several years of weekly washing! Did you ever get your sewing machine fixed Heidi?

I could see one in all the purple Audrey! O - and with some of your photos printed on some squares!!!

I did get it going again, but I've been having trouble with *me* the past 2yrs ... I just don't feel like sewing. I've got some simple projects in the works, I just need to start them. I know if I do, the small/easy projects will jump-start my creativity and I'll get back into the swing of things and start cranking out the projects again. I have enough fabric to make about 10 more horse quilts, over a year ago I bought some beautiful rose/floral fabric and drew a design to construct and I've got a beautiful fairy-panel similar to the horse-quilts and a couple other Irish Chain projects.
I bought some fake-suede fabric a couple weekends ago and plan to make simple vests to add to my wardrobe. Those will be quick/easy and I *know* if I just start/complete them, I'll want to sew and quilt more. Lately, all I've done is serge and re-hem new slacks for work. In fact, I'll be doing 3 pair tonight so I can choose from them tomorrow for work.

How is Daylene's knee feeling? Did the swelling ever go down?

This was what Daylene's quilt looked like before being quilted:
