Silver ASH Mare

Meet my new silver Australian Stock Horse mare (leasing her) - Im curious if shes a black, brown or bay base? Her sire was a silver black (awesome campdrafter) and her dam was a silver ?? (unknown) Will def be testing her for red/black(?), agouti, cream and silver (hoping for Z/Z!!!) her only foal has been a chestnut from a chestnut sire so I know she is Ee. She really dosent have the typcial silver bay legs, just a bit of lighter colour on her fetlocks. There was a silver bay mare at her stud who stood out as a silver bay and this mare looked very different. Any thoughts would be appreciated :)

Nice mare, who is she by?
I'm finding the pics a little dark too.
Could you get us some more pics please?

The photos are too dark to be able to tell. How high is she, how old etc? Experience? Looks nice.

WIll be getting new pics as Im taking her to vet tomorrow to be scanned :)

shes 19yrs old in paddock condition, has had one lovley chestnut filly (so damn shes not homo for black!!) about 15.1-15.2hh. The stunning roan im breeding her to is only 14.1 3/4h but so far all his foals have been big from mares 14.3-15.1hh. The one I have is out of my 15.1h mare and hes got some size about him!

She was a camp drafter in her day and was quite cowey and had speed!

What is a camp drafter? She looks silver bay but like the others said it's a bit hard to tell.

I took camp drafter to mean something along the lines as a line or rumuda horse ymwhisle ...but as I don't really know what the term means, be sure and take my thoughts with a grain of salt and a spoonful of sugar.... :angle
