Palomino or possible Dunalino?

This is my new mare, Lena. I am wondering if she is possibly a Dunalino or just a dark palomino because of the dorsal strip. I am going to have her tested here eventually. Lena's sire was sorrel and her dam was "palomino" Dam's sire was also "palomino" but out out a cross between red dun x palomino. I do not have photos of her dam or dam's sire unfortunatley. Now Lena has had two foals in the past, one palomino filly and one cremello colt. Their sire was a palomino. And I know that both those are possible foal color results for both palomino x dunalino & palomino x palomino. What do you think? IMO this mare is palomino with countershading. She's almost exactly the same color and countershading as my old palomino mare.

OK Thank you! I was just wondering...before I bothered to test her. I'm not too familiar with Palomino's ...Just she is so dark and none of the other 5 palominos at the facility had the dark stripe. She is a pretty girl, has black in her tail and some black in her mane.

Agreed on palomino. I would also expect a different body color- more faded and "dull" as dun shifts the pigment to the underside of the hair shaft.

Shes a sooty palomino. The dun line on her back in a common trait in the sooty gene. I also have a sooty palomino.

I would also agree with the sooty or countershade palomino. I dont see any striping on her legs and her ears don't appear to have any dark outlines like I expect to see on a dun.
