Looking for Imput on Lease Ad I am making up - Please

I am looking for an intermediate (or advanced beginner – we can see when you test ride him) rider to part board my 11 year old gelding. He stands at 16hh and has lots of body to use up long legs or to carry a “Fuller Filly”. He is a very easy going horse and straightforward ride. He has showing experience and is incredibly honest, and careful. He is well schooled w/t/c and an excellent jumper. He is a wonderful hack horse that doesn’t spook at birds or deer. He has experience with all types of riders and is a patient mount for someone looking to get back in the saddle – a confidence builder. He is boarded at a quiet facility with a modest 60x90 indoor arena, sand ring and miles of trails. The stable is near the 401, off Hwy #2, near to both Kingston and Gananoque. Lease would begin mid March. Looking for leaser to come out ride up to 3 times a week, with at least one ride on a weekend day.
