MAYBE it's the low white on the front legs or the black lip on his left lower lip.

I'm not sure I would want to use a horse that doesn't have any hindlegs.........

I wouldn't say that he can't be splash, but the very top heavy blaze with minimal leg white and a belly spot is a sure sign of frame in my book.

Really? Has he been tested? It seems like an odd presentation for splash or splash + sabino.

What's wonky? I like him too.

If I were breeding a frame mare to him I'd want his test results or no go. All horses have not been id'd.

You guys do realize this is Gunner's family right? Hundreds of foals out of this family and I've never seen one who looked frame out of a non frame mare. There is nothing in the breeding of this family to indicate frame (none of the known lines). I'd pay for the test myself, and lay $100 down that they're all negative.

I'd rather not openly say what's wonky. :) I've seen this horse in person, so I've seen more than photos can show (though I can see it in the photos as well).

yeah, i thought gunner lines were known for splash, not frame. Are you sure they don't have test results up for any of them? I'm sure as popular a stud as gunner was, they'd have a test result somewhere.
Also, is this one deaf as well? We had a stud at my school who was splash deaf, and I think he was from similar bloodlines.

I don't think he's deaf, but I wouldn't be surprised. Many of that family are.

Has Gunner or any of his get been tested for frame?

I am 95% sure I have read that Gunner was tested way back when, but I can't find a source anywhere right now.

Oh and Dun Gotta Gun doesn't have a belly spot. His leg white does not seem abnormally low to me, especially not for the small amount of face white.
