I am kind of in shock reading that :o - all those Secretariat bred broodmares for only $500 each? :shock: My gut reaction is - "What's the catch?" :-? :-s

That does seem awfully cheap bu then they dont look like an expensive establishment either and time are hard !

Being a pretty colour/pattern is not enough.
They also have to have good conformation and, wherever possible, not look like a train wreck. :rofl
Otherwise they are just breeding dog food.....and, in some cases, people food.
This last bit makes me die laughing (no, not really...) when I think of all the rules and regulations we have in Europe about what you can and cannot put into an animal that is to be slaughtered for human consumption, that was the basis for them demanding we had passports for our horses, so we could "police" what drugs they had, which of course has pushed Vets fees up even higher, and then they will just bring in any old junk (literally) from Canada, and happily allow it into the country for Human Consumption!!!
This I do not understand, truly, I do not.

If they want to sell then some slightly better set up pics might help, cant really tell much other than the color for most of them.

that 06 with two blue eyes and a cute blaze should be in my pasture. She's so cute. Or at least her face is, can't see much else.
