or is this also that splash bloodline?

Yeah, isn't chips of blue in an eye a splash thing? Can't say I've ever seen partial blue on a frame, but then I'm nowhere near on firm ground when I talk pinto/paint patterns! LOL

Definately, Frames can have a partial blue eye. I have to look closely at mine to see the blue.

Do you mean full blue or no blue at all? My stallion is lab tested LWO, and only has a partial blue eye.

Yes I do. He is LWO and he has a partial blue, but LWO may have not caused the partial blue, it may be splash's hand.
