Re: What color is this stallion # 2
I say a sooty palomino who is mimicking a silver bay very well! The third bottom pic made me decide this.
To be palomino I'd think he was partbred arab but high percentage or throwing very much to his arab side.
For your interest a silver bay part arab gelding in Aus

LOL I normally leave these for about a day or so, that way everyone gets a chance to answer. I personally have insomnia and am normally awake late at night while everyone is sleeping. I personally take that into account knowing that Im not the only one who is up at night and sleep during the day so I keep it going for at least 24 hours to let everyone get a chance to answer.
I was hoping to get Rabbits opinion on both of these stallions, but she hasn't posted yet. Whether she answers or not Ill put the answer up at about 5 or 6 o clock my time which is 3 or 4 hours tonight. There IS an answer for both.

I am not around on Thursdays which is why you got no post from me.
On visuals alone he is Silver Bay, but we need to know what breed he is and whether that is possible or not before we can give other colours.
Since you are actually asking, and he is obviously Silver Bay, I am going to say he is Chestnut, or possibly Bay affected by Sabino, as I know both these can happen in Welsh, and I am assuming the obvious answer is not the correct one!! :sign
Re: What color is this stallion # 2
Well not exactly the time I was going to post but here you go.
His name is De El Fareed. He is purebred arabian, and registered and I assume DNA typed. He was also tested by UC Davis and tested bay. I BELEIVE he tested EeAA, BUT the website I found his exact results at is either gone or I just cant find it.
He is owned by Dynasty Egyptian Arabians, and I believe he is for sale.
