photoshop? (huge image warning)

I was browsing my photos, looking for good ones to upload to the neat galleries here, and came across this shot. I think it would be so cute if it could be corrected but I tried before and it was a great big fail. Can anyone more skilled than I am (cough cough Krickette cough) do anything with it?
