DW in Hannoverian?

I recently received the monthly magazine with a full-page ad on page 2 - and found this page online:

What I could find out via phone was: The fiily is already sold and was sired by Balou de Rouet. There are more foals listed by him with lots of splash and "normal" sabino markings, some have a belly spot but none have these markings which I think could be splash + DW. What do you think?

It does look very much like dominant white.  I'm actually leaning toward dominant white without splash.  It's hard to say especially when some of the newer dominant white mutations resemble splash so much.
