Thank you :) And can you tell me, what form of Blue merle my dog is? She has only a little bit brown on her behind legs, but you nearly can´t see it.

Does she have brown under her tail?

No she has not:)

Then I'm going to have to go with her being black based rather than minimal black and tan.   She could still be minimal black and tan but usually even minimal ones will have tan under the tail.  

Thanks, so you would call her a "black merle" or a "black based blue merle"? Or is it the same? :D (sorry ;) )

blue Merle is used for both black and black and tan based merles so just saying blue Merle is correct.  You could also say black based Merle if you wanted.
